Yeah, sure. I’d rather keep it short and sweet, though. Basically:
“It’s over, I don’t want to hear from you again, our relationship is beyond redemption, and frankly I see no reason to try and fix anything, if there even is anything to fix. This is the only conclusion to come to. Don’t bother trying to contact me, if I ever want to talk to you again, I’ll contact you. That’s all. Have a nice life.”

make sure you’re spelling and grammar is correct too, for example you mean choose and not “you didn’t chose me”. nothing is worse than being super angry and rude then you make a careless mistake for the other person to walk all over you about.

Honey, let me give you some advice…DON’T SENT THE LETTER, just walk away… Don’t say anything, don’t explain anything…you owe him ‘nothing’… IF you send the letter…no matter what you say…just the length of the letter will tell him you’ve put a lot of energy and effort into it and that means ‘you still care’ even though you say you don’t. Tear the letter up (so it doesn’t get into the wrong hands) and just put him out of your mind… Yeah, you’ll go through the stages of ‘breaking up’, but so does most everyone else… You’ll get over it faster… Another thing…when someone knows what they’ve done to you…and expect you to treat them ‘not so good’…but you continue to smile and be pleasant around them…it ‘tears them apart’ because they didn’t ‘get to you’…as much as they wanted to…you ‘outfoxed them’… Trust me, it really ‘pi**es them off’…hahaha…

I don’t think you should send it. Listing all the things that make you angry in writing only makes you seem just as bad as him. Maybe it’s a good thing you wrote it all out and that can be a release for you, but I would suggest take the high road and not go giving someone a list of their mistakes. I know that you’re hurt and hurting someone back seems like a good idea but in the future you may wish you hadn’t. Kindly tell him its over and leave it at that. You will be a better person in the end that way with good karma for a good person to come into your life. Good luck

well, the others have already suggested telling him some or all of these to his face.
or if you got the time, why not make this into a youtube video? random images, overlay them with text (i LOVE #41 “im not your back-up boyfriend”), use good angsty breakup music.
i’m not saying that you should show the video to him. all i’m saying is go ahead and vent and make something creative while you’re at it. and then move forward.
