I don’t mean to be rude, but… Lame. Very lame. Tell her face to face. Honestly, if my bf ever wrote me this, I’d laugh in his face and think “good riddance!”
Sweet but harsh. The first part is like a love poem but it’s like a big side punch to the face at the very end. I didn’t expect it. Try to soften the end a little. You start by saying all the things you like and then totally turn it around. I’d just write her an honest letter- including all the good things but also why you are breaking up with her. Breakups arent supposed to be beautiful. She will respect your honesty more than the embarassment of thinking you are writing a love letter then suddenly breaking up.

So sad..but why don’t you just tell her personally of what you feel instead of giving/mailing her the letter..there’s no other way not to hurt the one you love once but it will be mere hurting if you do it in writting.
Be a man, face her and tell it to her at least you will see her reaction and i guess it will be easier for her to mend the hurt.
